U13B Netball V Knighton
Match Report by Edith Hood
It was a great match by Hanford B team today. It was very hot but that did not stop us. We ignored the sun and scored as many shots as we could before half time. It worked. By half time we were winning 10-1.
After half time Ophelia Fortescue was swapped with our reserve Emilia Beale who played very well at wing attack.
Near the end of the match Knighton had shot a lot of goals and were catching up with us. But then Millie and I just got in there and intercepted like mad and shot even more goals. In the end the match ended with a score of 17-8 to Hanford. We were all very pleased with the score but also very pleased for Knighton who played very well. It was a fun, exciting match and we enjoyed it a lot.
