Julia Crutchley (McNeill) has a small business designing bespoke invitations and cards. Her work is usually splashy, fully of colour with a certain Quentin Blake quirkiness and scratchiness to it. Generally working in ink, watercolour and gouache Julia likes her clients initially to throw as many visual ideas at her, many of which she does her best to incorporate into the final design. With e-mail it is possible to have a good dialogue throughout the design process and Julia will either print the final product or arrange for professional printers to do this. A browse through her website would soon tell you if her work was up your street. So, if you are planning a wedding, a milestone birthday party or some other event which calls for a special invitation which just that little bit different, go and visit her website.
